Crowne Plaza

Dear Mr. Tatum,

The "Conserving For Tomorrow", linens and towels re-use program is having
great success here at the CROWNE PLAZA AT THE UNITED NATIONS, NY.

We have found the program easy to implement, the cost savings are incredible
and above all the guests appreciate the fact that they have the option to
participate. Best of all, they are choosing to do so, which is the reason
for the success of the program.

I recommend the "Conserving For Tomorrow" program to anyone. It is a win-win
situation. Not only does it help our bottom line but it has a positive and
immediate impact on the environment.

Just imagine the potential cost savings in energy, labor and water if all of
the SIX CONTINENTS properties were participating!

Sincerely,

General Manager
Crowne Plaza at the United Nations
New York, NY
